The closures have features of anti-counterfeit and leak-proof. They could be disposable , non-refillable and non-pullout, which insist of 3 styles, ripping, twist-off and push-out. And they are mainly made of LDPE, HDPE, PP, ABS, K-Resin, PC, and so on. End with Oct.2008, we have self manufactured and developed about 60 kinds of anti-counterfeit closures and has 40 unreleased designs and 35 patents. The annual production capacity of anti-counterfeit closure is 2 billion. We have imported about 300 advanced equipments for manufacturing, detection and specialization which includs DEMAG inject molding machine, MOSS high-speed side printer, OE cap assembling lines, Guala closure production lines and Husky injection system from Germany, Italy, Switzerland and Canada. And we collected with UG, CATIA, Power mill, Cimation, Dynaform and other CAD/CAM/CAE Image Workshop so that could ensure steadily cap production of Wuliangye, Langjiu and other wine distilleries.
